For the end of the day, you are not helping your business to profit because you’re stuck doing everything but high-level, revenue-producing activities.
This is not a judgment. I’ve seen this too many times with my clients, and in the past Used to do my share of winging it. I was so occupied dealing with emergencies and distractions that I could not give attention to my real job in the industry, the CEO role.
I didn’t see a way out. You may can relate.
